GIFT CARDS
Can I store Veggie Grill gift cards in the app?
While you cannot store your gift card in the app, you can use it as a payment method at checkout. Simply select ‘Add a gift card’ and type in your gift card number.
Can I purchase a gift card in the app?
On the homepage of the app, you will see a content block that says ‘GIFT CARDS’. Simply click there, and you will be directed to our third-party gift card vendor. Once you place your gift card order, be sure to keep the gift card number. You will use this number to pay in the app.
Do I earn points for gift card purchases?
You can earn points when redeeming gift cards by emailing veggiegrill@thanx.com a photo of your receipt. The points will be added to your account within 48 hours.

How I earn rewards?
You’ll receive 1 Next Level Coin for every $1 spent through the app, through online ordering if you’re signed into your loyalty account, or in-store if you use your credit card linked to your loyalty account. You can also scan your receipt in the app to earn loyalty points if you do not have a connected credit card.
What is the marketplace of rewards?
The marketplace of rewards allows you to redeem Next Level Coin for perks of your choice! There are a variety of perks at different Coin values so you can choose how you like to be rewarded. You can also save your Coins to redeem larger ticket items.
Does my delivery order (through Grubhub, Postmates, Doordash, etc) allow me to earn Rewards?
Orders placed through 3rd parties are excluded from earning and redeeming rewards.

How do I use mobile order?
Once you’ve built your order you can place it right away, or schedule it for pick-up later. If you have any Rewards on your account, you can redeem them or save them for later.
Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?
No, we have a strict cancellation policy for mobile orders and do not issue refunds for orders placed through the app.

What are membership tiers?
We built custom tiers for our VG by Next Level Rewards members to recognize our most loyal customers with exclusive benefits. The more you spend, the more you’ll be rewarded!
How do I know what tier I'm in?
In the app, click the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen. From the menu, select ‘REWARDS’. You will see your tier progress under your points. If you click the tier progress, you’ll see the requirements for all 3 tiers.
What are the different tiers and what do I get with each?
Health Hero – sign up and automatically receive $10 off your first order, a free entree on your birthday, and access to the rewards marketplace.
Planet Protector – reach our second tier and receive a Happy Hour Pass for $3 off any one shareable, side or dessert per visit (Mon – Thurs, 3 – 5 pm and all day Sundays), 75 Bonus Coins every month, a Free Dessert every month and extra surprise rewards throughout the year!
Veggie Visionary – reach our top tier and receive a Happy Hour Pass for $5 off any one shareable, side or dessert per visit (Mon – Thurs, 3 – 5 pm and all day Sundays), 100 Bonus Coins every month, a Free Dessert every month, a BOGO entree every month, early access to new menu items and extra surprise rewards throughout the year!

How do I get the app?
Download from iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
Where can I find my member offers?
On the homepage of the app, you will see all of your rewards. Or, select the menu with three horizontal lines and select “Rewards” to view all rewards.
How do I earn Rewards when I'm in store?
Simply use the credit card that is linked to your loyalty account and you will instantly earn points. No need to scan a QR code at the register! If you’re paying with cash or with a card not linked to your account, you can upload a photo or your receipt to earn points on your purchase.
How many cards can I link to my account?
There is no limit on the number of cards you can link to your account, however, you cannot use the same card for two separate accounts.
Where do I scan my receipt?
Don’t have a credit card linked to your account? No problem! In the app, click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner, click ‘Upload Receipts’ and take a photo of the receipt. Type in the amount, receipt date, payment type, and click ‘Submit Receipt’.
Why does the Veggie Grill app want to send me notifications?
The app occasionally uses notifications to let you know about important stuff — when orders are ready, if you have Rewards and special offers waiting, and more. We are careful to only notify you of important and time-sensitive things.
