Order Minimum
We require a $125 minimum subtotal on all catering orders, not including taxes or delivery fees.
Advance Notice Policy
We require 24 hours of advance notice on all catering orders as our food is prepared fresh daily.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time with no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Contact the restaurant directly to cancel a previously scheduled catering order.
Payment Policy
Credit card information is required for all catering orders. Payment information is due in full at the time of order. Payment is processed through ezCater. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not accept checks, money orders, or open house accounts. We cannot accept payment over the phone.
Customization Policy
We do not allow custom modifications for items on our catering menu. If someone in your party has dietary needs, concerns, or requires gluten-free options please alert your Veggie Grill Team when placing your order.
Add-ons and Change Policy
To make a change, or add items to your catering order, contact your local Veggie Grill right away. You will be charged additionally for any authorized changes to orders.
Tax-Exempt Policy
Currently, we do not offer tax-exemption for catering orders.
