How long does to take to receive my give card order in the mail?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped IF you selected 2-day or overnight shipping. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship ground. For any ground orders, tracking information will not be provided. The USPS typically takes 5 – 10 business days to deliver your package. Some orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered during the holiday season. If your recipient hasn’t received their gift card within 14 days, email us at giftcards@veggiegrill.com and we’ll gladly assist

Gift cards can be used as payment for online orders but cannot be used as payment for 3rd party delivery orders

No, there is no expiration date on Veggie Grill gift cards
What happens if I lose my gift card or it is stolen?
If lost, stolen or destroyed, gift cards will only be replaced for remaining value with original proof of purchase and gift card identification number
