How long does the get a $5 promo card with every $25 gift card purchase run?
If you purchased a gift card prior to 13/31/23, you’ll receive a $5 promo card for every $25 gift card. These promo cards expire 3/31/24
Where is the $5 promo card mailed?
The $5 promo card will be mailed to the billing address of whoever purchased the gift card
How do I use my $5 promo card?
$5 promo card is valid in-store for a single transaction at any Veggie Grill location from 11/1/23 through 3/31/24. Not valid with any other discounts or offers. Promo card has no stored value and is not redeemable for cash. Promo card is not valid for Veggie Grill app purchases, web purchases, or third-party delivery. Promo card cannot be used to purchase catering or gift cards
E-Certificates
Is an E-Certificate the same as a gift card?
Yes, an e-Certificate can be used exactly like a gift card. The only difference is that the E-Certificate is delivered to you by email
Can I earn VG Rewards App credit for gift cards purchased online or at a restaurant?
No, VG Rewards App credit cannot be earned on gift card purchases
Can I purchase an e-gift card in the VG Rewards App?
Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased in the VG Rewards App
To purchase a digital gift card, you must visit the home page of the app, scroll down to the “promo cards” image and click. Once you select “buy a gift card” click on the 3 buttons on the top right and select “Send e-gift”
Can I use VG Rewards credit or rewards to purchase my gift card?
No, VG rewards app credit, points, rewards and/or offers cannot be used as a payment method to purchase gift cards
Can I use my gift cards as a payment method in the app?
No, gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for app orders. Gift cards may be uploaded to the VG Rewards account and be used as a payment method for orders placed at a Veggie Grill restaurant
Can I earn app credit on orders purchased with a digital or physical gift card?
Yes, you will be able to earn on orders placed using a digital or physical gift card
Will I earn app credit for purchasing digital gift cards in the VG Rewards app?
No, app credit cannot be earned on digital gift card purchases made in the app
Shipping
What carrier do you use to ship?
We ship our gift card orders via USPS ground
How long will it take for my order to ship?
USPS ships and fulfills orders will be delivered within 5 – 10 business days once the package is shipped. Orders may take up to 14 business days to ship during the holiday season
*Orders must be received by midnight PST on 12/12 in order to arrive by 12/25

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your gift card order on the day it is placed.
